Long Term Personal Training AND Nutrition Rate:


Option 1: 6-12 months

3,000$ Down payment to lock in for a year with 400$ (Now discounted 200$):


1 on 1 specialized PT

•3 sessions a week 12 each month (can do x4 upon request; not recommended)

•Monthly Full Health Assessments: body composition, measurements, fitness testing (5-strength, endurance, posture, balance, and flexibility)

•Monthly Nutrition Assessments: dietitian backed education on current health and eating habits. Portion control. Good habit forming lifestyle implementation.

•Remote location (ask for location)

•Weekly check-ins

•Motivation and scientifically backed articles

•Suggested meal plans

•Macronutrient and micronutrient coaching (especially helpful for body fat reduction and muscle mass)

•Required MyFitnessPal tracking food, drinks, and exercise







Option 2: 1 on 1 personal training for 6-12 months- 650$ (2400$ more than option 1)
